The resistance of the Life Fitness exercise bike C3 Track Connect can be varied in 20 levels. In addition, 18 programmes offer a lasting and challenging diversion. The Life Fitness exercise bike C3 Track Connect has five programmes with pulse control to adapt the training intensity to your heart rate. Heart rate is measured by hand pulse sensors integrated in the Life Fitness exercise bike C3 Track Connect or a provided chest strap.

Life Fitness Track Connect console

The Track Connect console is divided in two zones: the enterntainment zone and the training zone. In the lower training zone, you can quickly do all training settings. Here, the Track Connect console offers 15 diversified training programmes as standard. It includes five heart rate programmes, among other things for increasing the maximum performance or for fat burning. A very efficient programme, when you only have little time for training: the HIIT programme – a highly intensive intervall training.

Training that connects

The Connect console offers the possibility to place a smartphone or a tablet and to connect it with the device via Bluetooth. For mobile devices, many fitness Apps are available as download, i. e., the Apps of Garmin, Jawbone or Fitbit. You can call your training data from a permanently updated list of partner Apps. Of course, you can also use your mobile device to watch a film while exercising.

The Track Connect console is also equipped with an energy save mode for saving up to 90 % of the current.

Super vélo, certes le prix est un peu élevé, mais la qualité est au RDV. Le montage est facile, à peine 30mns à 2, le vélo est super stable même pour une personne avec un poids conséquent. L'écran track connect permet de se connecter en bluetooth avec l'application sur le téléphone et de gérer les programmes d'entrainement directement dans l'application. Seul bémol : le calcul des calories qui parait boiteux par rapport à l'intensité de l'effort et du poids de l'utilisateur, mais en dehors de ça tout le reste est parfait.... [Read more]
