With its deep entry and comfortable, versatile adjustable saddle, it provides outstanding comfort. The highly-developed braking system ensures a consistent running action and the precise setting of the resistance performance. The BX70i Touch is controlled via the touchscreen console, on which the high-quality and free-of-charge training software iConsole is installed. Alongside, there are many comfort functions, like the new multi-position handlebar and the consumer apps, like Netflix.

In our test series, the BX70i by cardiostrong was particularly captivating due to the interaction between the drive and braking systems. This ergometer is equipped with a high-quality induction braking system. This maintenance-free way of generating resistance is particularly precise, the adjustment of the resistance is faster and the calculation of the actual (watt) output is more accurate. The brake acts on a 10 kg flywheel mass. Due to the excellent workmanship, the cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i Touch offers very good concentricity. This makes endurance training at home more pleasant and it is also more gentle on the joints by avoiding peak loads. Your power is transmitted to the flywheel mass via a drive belt made of plastic composite. This type of drive is wear-free and particularly quiet. For example, you can watch TV or talk while exercising at home.

The cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i Touch has many features that make endurance training at home a comfortable experience. This is clear from the moment you climb on. The low step-through makes this particularly easy and is also easy for people with limited mobility. The saddle is very large and softly padded - ideal if you also plan longer training sessions. The seat position can also be adjusted in height and also horizontally, and as a result is perfectly adapted to your body size.

The handle of the bicycle ergometer allows for many training positions depending on whether you prefer to train sitting upright or in the sprint position while supporting your arms. Ich nutze das cardiostrong Ergometer BX70i Touch jetzt seit einigen Wochen und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Aufbau war unkompliziert und das Gerät wirkt von Anfang an sehr hochwertig und stabil. Besonders gut gefällt mir der große Touchscreen. Die Bedienung ist einfach und übersichtlich, und die verschiedenen Trainingsprogramme sorgen dafür, dass das Training nicht langweilig wird. Auch die Möglichkeit, Apps wie Kinomap zu nutzen, ist ein schönes Extra. Das Bremssystem arbeitet sehr leise und der Tretwiderstand lässt sich fein einstellen, sodass sowohl lockeres Ausdauertraining als auch intensivere Einheiten möglich sind. Der Sattel ist bequem und auch nach längeren Trainingseinheiten hatte ich keine Probleme. Das Ergometer steht sehr sicher und wackelt selbst bei höherem Tempo nicht. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Touchscreen manchmal einen kurzen Moment zum Laden braucht. Das fällt im Alltag aber kaum ins Gewicht. Ich habe das cardiostrong Ergometer BX70i Touch jetzt seit einiger Zeit im Einsatz und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Der Aufbau war einfacher als gedacht und das Rad macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Das Training fühlt sich angenehm an, weil das Ergometer sehr ruhig läuft und kaum Geräusche macht. Der große Touchscreen ist übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen. Die verschiedenen Programme bieten genug Abwechslung, sodass das Training nicht eintönig wird. Auch der Sattel und die Sitzposition sind bequem. Selbst nach einer längeren Trainingseinheit hatte ich keine Beschwerden. Die Widerstände lassen sich einfach einstellen und sowohl lockeres als auch etwas anstrengenderes Training sind problemlos möglich. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass der Bildschirm beim Start manchmal einen Moment braucht, bis alles geladen ist. Das stört mich aber nicht weiter. Sehr leichter Aufbau, gute Verarbeitung aller Teile mit vielen kleinen, durchdachten Details. Inbetriebnahme sehr einfach, viele Streckenprofile sind schon vorinstalliert. Über Google Maps kann man sich einfach eigene Streckenprofile erstellen. Die Einstellung für verschiedene Nutzer geht auch schnell. Hoher Spaßfaktor!

Der tiefe Einstieg macht das Aufsteigen super entspannt. Der Sattel ist weich und lässt sich so gut verstellen, dass man die perfekte Sitzposition schnell findet. Auf dem Touchscreen laufen Apps wie Netflix, YouTube oder Spotify direkt. Man braucht also kein extra Tablet festzuklemmen, sondern kann sofort losstreamen.

Das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck. Wir haben die Einzelteile in den Keller getragen. Aufbau und Auspacken wie beschrieben in 1 Stunde erledigt. Die beiden hinteren Schrauben vom Display sind sehr schlecht festzuziehen (Winkel). Leider ist der Stromanschluss und Schalter vorn in der Lenkersäule, da haben wir im Laden nicht drauf geachtet. Weiteres folgt im täglichen Betrieb.

Nach meiner Knie-OP und Rehaaufenthalt musste ich zu Hause weiter trainieren. Ein Freund von mir hat mich auf das Ergometer aufmerksam gemacht, da er dieses schon besessen hat und er sich extra ein Gerät holen musste, was sehr gelenkschonend ist. Ich trainiere jetzt regelmäßig seit 3 Monaten und ich kann mich immer besser bewegen.
