The BX30 Plus can easily be adapted to your height. For that purpose, the saddle is adjustable both vertically and horizontally. Would you rather use another bike saddle? You can install any standard bike saddle onto the saddle mount. With the inclinable, extremely ergonomic multi-position handlebar, you have a firm grip during the workout.

The BX30 Plus – optimal for workout beginners

For all those who want to get started with ergometer workouts, the BX30 Plus is the perfect introductory model. It has an extremely ergonomically shaped handle and scores with its simple operability.

You will always keep an eye on the most important workout data on the ergometer. The clear LCD display shows you the time, stretch, speed, watts, RPM, calories, and pulse. Speaking of pulse - with the ergometer, you can measure your heart rate anytime. To do so, you just grasp the hand pulse sensors, and your pulse is measures and displayed. The ergometer has an extremely quiet magnetic brake. For intensive workouts, the setting on the BX30 Plus can be regulated from 10 to 350 watts in 5 watt increments. Thanks to the 9 kg centrifugal mass, the ergometer always runs circularly.

BX30 Plus - scores with comfort

The ergometer scores with a lot of details so you can have an extremely pleasant workout. It has transport rollers with which you can just move the equipment after use to save space and roll it to your desired location with ease for the next use.

Bin mittlerweile nicht mehr die jüngste und brauchte einen Ergometer mit dem ich gut trainieren kann daheim. Der Lenker hilft mir aufrecht zu sitzen und fühlt sich auch gut an. Bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ergometer

Vollkommen begeistert. Schön beleuchtetes Display auf dem alles gut erkennbar ist. Man hört beim treten absolut nichts außer man stellt den Widerstand um und selbst dann hört man nur die Magnetbremse für eine halbe Sekunde ganz leise im Hintergrund.

Ich nutze seit ca. Drei Wochen das CARDIOSTRONG BX30 PLUS. Der Aufbau ging ohne größere Probleme, man hätte vielleicht in der Anleitung erwähnen können, dass die Schrauben in der Rückseite des Computers drin sind. Die Handhabung ist einfach und die Programme sind gut. Erst dachte ich, dass die Pulsanzeige nicht funktioniert. Allerdings müssen die Handinnenflächen wohl etwas geschwitzt sein, dann erscheint ein Puls. Dieser ist aber vollkommen falsch, in der Regel wird ein Puls kleiner 72 angezeigt. Je höher die Belastung, umso niedriger der Puls…Da ich eine Pulsuhr habe, bin ich zum Glück nicht auf die Anzeige angewiesen. Bei dem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, da war uraltes mein Vorgänger-Bike sehr viel verlässlicher.... [Read more]

Bezüglich der Messung des Pulses über die Handpulssensoren: Ja, es ist tatsächlich wichtig, dass die Hände etwas angeschwitzt sind, damit die elektrischen Impulse besser übertragen werden. Aber selbst da kann es auch mal zu Messfehlern kommen, daher würden wir auch tatsächlich immer einen Brustgurt empfehlen. Ist die Anzeige über einen längeren Zeitraum falsch? Und könnten Sie auch noch einmal die Kabelverbindung prüfen? Manchmal bringt das schon etwas. Viel Spaß weiterhin mit dem Training.
