Isolated back training

The lower back is often disregarded in strength training. That will change in the future when you use the Taurus Back Exentsion IT95! The professional commercial machine promisses a comfortable and also effective training of the lower back muscles.
The ergonomically shaped upholstery offers a maximum comfort while performing the exercises. Once you have adjusted the ideal sitting position, you press the upper upholstery backwards with the back and generate hence a training incentive in the lower back zone. The hands are positioned on the handles at the same time, so that you only work with the back zone. The feet are placed on the rest in the front end.
The attached weight block allows an easy resistance adjustment by means of a pin. The maximum training resistance is 90 kg.
