Training variety with modern technology

With a total of 18 training programmes, the Kettler Ergo 400 can provide a suitable challenge for users of any fitness level – from light endurance training to intense workout sessions. By connecting to an app-based platform like Kinomap, ZWIFT or iConsole+ Training, you can virtually tour breath-taking landscapes or participate in online courses. The resistance in the watt programme can set between 10 and 350 watts and is automatically adjusted in precise 5-watt increments to let you electronically control the intensity of your workout.

Easy-to-use controls to get started quickly

The controls for the exercise bike were intentionally kept simple. Just make a few basic inputs on the LCD display, and you can begin your workout. All important training data like time, distance, speed, watts, RPM, calories and heart rate are displayed clearly. Monitor your heart rate using either the integrated hand contact sensors or an optional chest strap for more precise measurements.

Customisable for maximum comfort

The Kettler Ergo 400 exercise bike can be adjusted to meet your exact needs. The saddle is adjustable both vertically and horizontally, and it can be swapped for a different seat using conventional bicycle attachments. The multi-grip handlebars can be tilted to allow for any training position – whether sitting fully upright or leaning forward in a racing position. This guarantees users can find a seat and handlebar position to help them exercise comfortably.

Robust build quality and practical extras

The strong frame of the Kettler Ergo 400 is rated for a maximum user weight of130 kg and is suitable for users up to 2m in height. The quiet magnetic break and 9 kg flywheel mass ensure pleasantly smooth pedalling. Transport wheels make it easy to move the exercise bike, and a practical tablet tray helps keep riders entertained and motivated.

Der Ergo 400 ist genau das was ich gesucht habe! Das Gerät ist leicht aufzubauen, ist von der Verarbeitung und vom Material her von guter Qualität! Die Einstellungen sind leicht vorzunehmen wenn man sich an die Anleitung hält. Sitz und Lenker lassen sich gut und leicht verstellen so das man für jede Größe die passende Einstellung findet. Es gipt vorprogrammierte Programme oder man stellt sich selber ein Trainingsprogramm zusammen, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. Was vielleicht für manche noch wichtig ist, das Gerät ist im Betrieb leise. Commande , livraison délai respecté RAS. Montage sans problème malgré absence de brochures en Français (trouvé sur internet). Grande stabilité du vélo.Je fait des séances de 40 mn sans problème au niveau de la selle que je trouve confortable. Le menu est très complet,pour ma part très bon vélo après un mois d'utilisation.
