The versatility and high-quality workmanship make the new Century Versys VS.BOB a perfect training partner for all martial arts. The head part already imitates the very successful Bob XL, the torso is similar to the Versys fight simulator. The free-standing punch bag for martial artists offers a wide range of kick and punch possibilities. Either classic boxing training or exercises for elbows and kicks, the machine is stable thanks to the sturdy supporting construction.

Il faut bien être 2 pour le monter correctement. Une fois en place, VS Bob s'impose comme le partenaire idéal. Je le trouve maintenant vraiment incontournable dans tous mes entraînements.

Der Century Versus VS. BOB ist ein idealer Trainingspartner, wenn gerade mal kein Sparring Partner in der Nähe ist.
Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die sehr gute Verarbeitungsqualität und die vielfältigen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten.
So eignet er sich hervorragend für Schläge, Tritte, Abwehrtechniken und Kombinationen. Es können aber auch Hebel und Griffe trainiert werden.
Die Installation war etwas aufwändiger als gedacht, so waren dann doch 2 Personen notwendig, um die Pupe fertig aufzubauen.
Wer einen etwas kräftigeren Punch oder Kick hat, für den wird wohl die Variante, die 3 Stützbeine mit Sand zu befüllen, nicht die ausreichende oder erhoffte Standfestigkeit bringen.
Hier empfiehlt es sich, mit zusätzlichen Gewichten zu arbeiten.
Alles in allem ist der Century Versys VS. BOB ein hochwertig verarbeitetes und verlässliches Trainingsgerät mit vielen Trainingsmöglichkeiten für jeden Kampfsportstil.... [Read more]
