The Super Bands make functional training really enjoyable! These tear-resistant, stretchy fitness bands are extremely flexible. They have been specially designed to help with the strengthening of core stabiliser muscles.

Strengthening and stretching the abdominal, back and core muscles improves posture and the flexibility of muscles and joints. The Super Bands are available in three colour-coded resistance levels to allow for as much training versatility as possible.
