Being part of the E series of Life Fitness, the elliptical cross trainer E5 Track guarantees a whole body training of highes level. The Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer E5 Track Connect convinces by first-grade equipment and workmanship. Being equipped with an adjustable stride length, it is designed for all training groups and heights. The adjustment also allows to change training stimulus for different body parts. Thanks to the progressive WhisperStride technology, very silent and smooth movements can be enjoyed on the Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer E5 Track Connect and the highly-developped training console even offers exciting virtual training possibilities.

Life Fitness E5 Track makes the training a real pleasure

Being perfect for all users, the stride length can be changed from 46 to 61 cm by pressing a button. The elliptical run is unbelievably comfortable - ensured by a very low pedal space (avoids malposition of the hip), the big stride length, and the low stride height. Thanks to WhisperStride, the training is very silent. The pedals are cushioned and avoid effectively any slipping off. Change easily the focus of the training with both different handles (fixed and swinging): either for upper or the lower part of the body. Control buttons are integrated in the mobile multi-grip bars to change stride length and resistance - without taking hands off the bars.

Life Fitness Track Connect console

The Track Connect console is divided in two zones: the enterntainment zone and the training zone. In the lower training zone, you can quickly do all training settings. Here, the Track Connect console offers 15 diversified training programmes as standard. It includes five heart rate programmes, among other things for increasing the maximum performance or for fat burning. A very efficient programme, when you only have little time for training: the HIIT programme – a highly intensive intervall training.

Training that connects

The Connect console offers the possibility to place a smartphone or a tablet and to connect it with the device via Bluetooth. For mobile devices, many fitness Apps are available as download, i. e., the Apps of Garmin, Jawbone or Fitbit. You can call your training data from a permanently updated list of partner Apps. Of course, you can also use your mobile device to watch a film while exercising.

The Track Connect console is also equipped with an energy save mode for saving up to 90 % of the current.
