The multi-colour LCD console offers a total of 36 training programmes, including 4 user programmes and 5 heart rate programmes. During your workout, the display provides a clear overview of all the relevant training data, and the traffic light function offers colour-coded feedback on your heart rate and RPM, helping you to control your intensity. You can track your heart rate using either the integrated hand pulse sensors or a Bluetooth-compatible chest strap.

You can also connect a tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth and easily place it in the holder. The Kinomap and Zwift apps open the door to a whole new world of virtual training.
