Compact design for low ceilings

A particular advantage of the Kettler Stair Trainer is its carefully thought out construction. Whereas many stair climbers require high ceilings, this machine was built with a lower overall rise of only 31.5 cm. This leaves plenty of headspace for the user so it can be used in a basement gym or fitness area where vertical space is limited. The stairs themselves have a height of 14.5 cm and a surface area of 44 x 21 cm to simulate the natural feeling of walking up stairs.

With 15 different speeds with stair frequencies ranging from 14 to 140 stairs per minute, the Kettler Stair Trainer is suitable for use by beginners and athletes who want either a casual experience or extreme workout. The modern LCD console features quick-select buttons and controls for the programme and speed so you’re constantly in control to make fluid adjustments.
